Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing supply chain initiatives and process improvements
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Implement digital transformation initiatives using ERP and SCM systems
- Lead crisis management and contingency planning for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand planning, and transportation management
- Proven track record in implementing lean principles and cost reduction strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, JDA)
- Experience managing cross-border logistics and international trade compliance
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred
