Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient logistics networks across air, sea, and land transportation channels
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution optimization
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost reduction opportunities and performance improvements
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance customer experience and delivery timelines
- Drive digital transformation through logistics automation and AI-powered analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in logistics management with 3+ years in APAC region
- Expertise in customs compliance, Incoterms, and international trade regulations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, TMS)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks reducing costs by 15%+
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
