Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement cost-effective transportation strategies for air, sea, and land freight
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including carriers, customs authorities, and 3PL partners
- Analyze KPIs to drive data-driven decisions on route optimization and capacity planning
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in crisis management and contingency planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in 3PL or multinational logistics operations
- Proven expertise in customs brokerage and international trade compliance (C-TPAT/AEO certified)
- Advanced proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and network optimization
- Professional certification (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing 15+ person teams
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous for APAC operations
