Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, and distribution to ensure seamless operations
- Oversee inventory management systems and implement demand forecasting models
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal terms
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 5+ in leadership
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP strongly preferred
- Experience managing global supply chains with international shipping complexities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and drive data-driven decisions
- Exceptional project management capabilities with demonstrated success in large-scale implementations
- Deep understanding of logistics technologies and automation trends
