Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies across APAC region
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce costs by 20% annually
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate strategic contracts
- Implement AI-driven demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Present performance metrics to C-suite stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in supply chain leadership with 5+ in director-level roles
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- APAC regional experience with cross-border operations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and AI-driven SCM tools
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Expert knowledge of international trade compliance (FTA, Incoterms)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
