Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and transportation to optimize operational efficiency
- Implement predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and achieve ESG targets
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and negotiate complex contracts with global partners
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure business continuity across supply chain disruptions
- Lead digital transformation projects including ERP system upgrades and IoT implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience with 5+ years in director-level roles
- Proven expertise in global logistics operations, customs compliance, and international trade regulations
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain analytics tools (SAP, Oracle SCM, Tableau)
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS CPIM designation required
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams across APAC, Europe, and North America
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and cost optimization
- Exceptional leadership skills with track record of developing high-performing teams
