Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and distribution optimization
- Implement data-driven analytics to enhance inventory turnover and reduce logistics costs
- Oversee vendor management and strategic partnerships with key logistics providers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs protocols
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Six Sigma and lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership with multinational exposure
- Proven track record in optimizing complex logistics networks across APAC
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM highly desirable
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia considered advantageous
