Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Utilize data analytics tools to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and reduce carrying costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, and Transportation) to execute strategic initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Develop and maintain complex models for cost analysis and route optimization.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to drive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics planning, or operations management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
