Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect categories.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, supplier research, and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the entire RFP/RFQ process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and implementation.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, leveraging best practices and technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated experience leading successful negotiation strategies and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with e-procurement platforms and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- CPIM, CPSM, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
