Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end category strategies for high-spend business units to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Lead complex multi-year contract negotiations with Tier-1 global suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing and service-level agreements.
- Implement advanced supplier relationship management (SRM) programs to foster innovation and long-term partnership growth.
- Conduct deep-market analysis and cost-modeling to identify emerging trends and proactive cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure full compliance and ESG integration.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging AI-driven procurement tools and ERP system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a corporate environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, MCIPS, or CSCP) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing $100M+ in annual spend with documented cost-avoidance results.
- Expert-level proficiency in SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or similar enterprise-grade ERP platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable executive insights.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes.
