We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement initiatives at Apex Global Solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, from negotiation and onboarding to performance evaluation and relationship management.
- Analyze market data and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Negotiate favorable contracts, terms, and conditions with key vendors to align with company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in RFx (Request for Information/Quote) processes and contract administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong experience in contract negotiation and legal compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Ariba) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
