Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sourcing plans to secure top-tier raw materials and critical components.
- Negotiate complex, high-value supplier contracts, SLA terms, and pricing models to maximize ROI and minimize financial risk.
- Conduct exhaustive supply chain risk assessments and establish robust contingency and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to align procurement schedules with production timelines.
- Leverage advanced ERP software (SAP/Oracle) to analyze purchasing metrics, track KPIs, and generate accurate spending forecasts.
- Evaluate, audit, and mentor key suppliers to foster continuous improvement, sustainability, and quality compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, or procurement within a manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Demonstrated history of driving significant, measurable cost savings through advanced contract negotiation.
- Expertise with enterprise-level ERP systems (SAP MM, Oracle Procurement) and advanced data analytics/Excel modeling.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CPM, or ASCM/APICS) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and cross-border vendor relationship management skills.
