In this role, you will command end-to-end procurement processes, leveraging data-driven insights to foster supplier partnerships and maximize operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our bottom-line impact while navigating a complex global vendor landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category management strategies for direct and indirect spend.
- Negotiate high-value commercial agreements and service level agreements (SLAs) with global partners.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Operations to streamline procurement workflows.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or compliance standards.
- Mentor and guide junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee supplier performance management programs to ensure strict adherence to quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar spend portfolios.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of contract law and international procurement regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive-level reporting skills.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM or CSCP are highly desired.
