Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with tier-one suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to mitigate supply risks and ensure continuous material availability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production teams to align purchasing with product roadmaps.
- Manage vendor performance through rigorous KPIs, audits, and quality assurance programs.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through value engineering and volume consolidation.
- Implement advanced ERP procurement modules to improve data accuracy and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing annual procurement budgets exceeding $50M.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
