Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to achieve cost-reduction targets without compromising quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate long-term partnerships with high-performance global vendors.
- Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to mitigate risks and capitalize on purchasing opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing activities with production and inventory requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to final delivery and payment authorization.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline purchasing workflows and ERP efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement.
- Proven track record in successful contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of global logistics, trade compliance, and inventory management principles.
- CPSM or CSCP certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data to stakeholders.
