- Lead cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and sustainability procurement standards
- Oversee inventory management and logistics coordination
- Report on KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, and lead times
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution industry preferred
