Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to minimize costs and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable service level agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from initial requisition to final delivery and invoice reconciliation.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Foster long-term relationships with key vendors to ensure consistent quality and lead-time reliability.
- Optimize internal purchasing processes through digital transformation and ERP system enhancements.
- Ensure full compliance with internal audit requirements and industry-standard regulatory mandates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
- Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings through data-driven negotiations.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel analytics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- CPSM or APICS certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of global trade regulations and international supplier management.
