Responsibilities

- <li>Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business goals to drive cost reduction and value creation.</li>
- <li>Lead cross-functional negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.</li>
- <li>Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from supplier identification and qualification to contract renewal and performance review.</li>
- <li>Analyze market trends, supplier data, and internal spend to identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.</li>
- <li>Ensure strict adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and corporate social responsibility standards.</li>
- <li>Mentor junior procurement staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team.</li>

Qualifications

- <li>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably within a logistics or manufacturing environment.</li>
- <li>CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) qualification at Level 4 or higher is highly preferred.</li>
- <li>Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.</li>
- <li>Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and advanced data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).</li>
- <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.</li>
