Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies for direct and indirect spend.
- Negotiate complex vendor contracts to ensure favorable pricing, lead times, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or operational performance.
- Perform rigorous market analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends and pricing fluctuations.
- Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, from requisition to final delivery and invoice reconciliation.
- Cultivate and maintain high-performance relationships with key global suppliers and partners.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate procurement policies and international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar spend categories with measurable cost savings.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable procurement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- CPSM or CPIM certification is highly preferred.
