Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Sales Strategy: Drive store sales targets and KPIs through effective inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor a diverse team of sales associates to foster a high-performance culture.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional in-store experience, resolving complex customer inquiries and handling high-profile client relationships.
- Merchandising Execution: Implement visual merchandising directives to maintain a cohesive and attractive store environment.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales reports, inventory counts, and loss prevention measures to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods sector.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and driving sales growth in a retail setting.
