Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a diverse team of retail associates to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain high-impact visual merchandising displays that align with our brand aesthetic and drive customer engagement.
- Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
- Customer Experience: Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, ensuring every client leaves with a positive impression.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably in a premium or luxury goods sector.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and fostering a positive, high-energy work environment.
- Visual Skills: Strong eye for design and the ability to execute visual merchandising directives effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior management.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Fashion preferred.
