In this role, you will be the bridge between financial targets and creative product assortment, driving profitability and growth for our flagship brands.
You will leverage advanced analytical tools to optimize inventory health, forecast seasonal demand, and ensure our collections resonate with our global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive pre-season and in-season merchandise plans to maximize sales and margin.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast SKU-level performance across all channels.
- Partner with Buying and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure inventory aligns with strategic brand vision.
- Manage open-to-buy (OTB) processes, providing monthly updates on sales, inventory, and margin projections.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to mitigate risk or accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to optimize allocation strategies and replenishment cycles.
- Mentor junior analysts on planning methodologies and retail math best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning or inventory management.
- Expertise in Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and enterprise ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of retail math, financial modeling, and life-cycle management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, high-pressure retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
