Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and inventory control procedures.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and develop a diverse team of sales associates to maximize their potential and drive engagement.
- Sales Management: Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Cultivate strong relationships with VIP clients, resolve complex customer service issues, and ensure every shopper leaves impressed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage stockroom organization, and execute efficient replenishment processes to minimize shrinkage.
- Community Building: Represent Luxe & Co. in the local community through partnerships, events, and brand ambassadorship.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in retail management or a similar leadership role within the fashion or luxury goods sector.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele and senior management.
- Skills: Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
