Responsibilities
- Drive business growth for Spanish-speaking markets through strategic channel sales and direct outreach efforts.
- Maintain strict discipline within the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales cycles accurately.
- Qualify incoming leads and opportunities to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline and maximize conversion rates.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the target region.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and optimize sales strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider sales and marketing team to align on campaign goals.
- Deliver regular reports on sales activities and forecast future revenue accurately.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the outsourcing or remote work industry.
- Strong familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule while maintaining high productivity.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote work-from-home environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action.
