Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders (C-level/VP) within target accounts.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical discovery sessions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback.
- Develop and execute personalized account strategies for complex enterprise environments.
- Maintain impeccable CRM data hygiene and accurate sales forecasting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close 6-7 figure contracts.
- Strong executive presence and ability to lead high-level business transformation discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry conferences.
