- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality standards.
- Integrate front-end components with complex back-end services and RESTful APIs.
- Stay ahead of emerging web technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional web development.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/SASS).
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing (Jest/Cypress).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
