Responsibilities
- Design and train large-scale neural network models optimized for production latency.
- Architect scalable data pipelines to ingest and process multi-modal datasets.
- Collaborate with research scientists to bridge the gap between theoretical models and real-world application.
- Optimize model inference performance using TensorRT, ONNX, and custom kernels.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and version control.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to improve model precision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning or machine learning engineering.
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying models into high-traffic production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
