Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to refine data collection processes and ensure high data integrity.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis to optimize product features and user acquisition strategies.
- Present monthly data performance reports to the leadership team.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data visualization and statistical modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
