Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal visual merchandising strategies that align with brand identity and market trends.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Visual Merchandisers and Store Associates to ensure consistent execution of standards.
- Design and install high-impact window displays and interior layouts that drive foot traffic and engagement.
- Analyze sales data and visual impact reports to optimize product placement and promotional effectiveness.
- Maintain strict adherence to visual standards, inventory guidelines, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Buying teams to integrate visual storytelling with broader campaigns.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards and provide constructive feedback to regional teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management within a high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, spatial awareness, and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently to senior leadership.
- Flexibility to travel between store locations and occasional evening/weekend shifts during key events.
