Responsibilities

- Develop and execute seasonal assortment plans to maximize profitability and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, creative, and logistics, to ensure seamless product execution.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product expansion.
- Lead vendor negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to trade shows and vendor locations.
