We are looking for a visionary Senior Visual Merchandiser to elevate our brand presence in the heart of New York City. At Lumina Apparel, we believe that the product tells a story, and your role is to ensure that story is told through compelling visual narratives. You will collaborate with the creative team to drive foot traffic, enhance customer experience, and maximize sales performance in our flagship store.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies that align with seasonal campaigns and brand identity.
- Create and maintain visually stunning window displays and in-store fixtures to attract customers and drive engagement.
- Train and mentor floor staff on visual standards, product presentation, and customer service excellence.
- Analyze sales data and visual performance metrics to optimize floor layouts and product placement for maximum ROI.
- Manage inventory turnover by ensuring visual displays reflect current stock levels and trending items.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all physical touchpoints.
- Execute store renovations and seasonal resets with efficiency and precision.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related retail role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual concepts, mood boards, and store layouts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, space planning, and current fashion trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between retail locations if needed.
