Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Direction: Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards that align with client objectives and brand identity.
- Production Management: Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production planning and budgeting to on-set direction and post-production oversight.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse crew of directors, cinematographers, editors, and sound engineers.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting creative briefings, presenting drafts, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Allocation: Secure necessary equipment, locations, and talent while strictly adhering to production schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in video production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial or documentary work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Directing: Strong directing skills with the ability to direct actors and capture high-quality footage on set.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and solve logistical or creative problems efficiently under pressure.
