Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop creative video strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Lead and direct on-set productions, managing lighting, sound, and camera crews to ensure high-quality footage.
- Oversee the post-production process, including editing, color grading, and sound design.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation from pre-production to delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing client expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in video production.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in video production, editing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of commercial, corporate, and documentary work.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical knowledge of camera equipment, lighting rigs, and audio recording gear.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-energy agency environment.
