Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from ideation to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Develop compelling storyboards and creative direction for diverse video formats
- Oversee budget allocation, resource planning, and timeline management
- Collaborate with clients to align creative vision with brand objectives
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging production technologies
- Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative creative environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio of award-winning work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles and lighting techniques
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Experience directing both live-action and animated content
- Familiarity with motion graphics and 3D rendering pipelines
