Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of video production, from initial concept development to final color grading and delivery.
- Manage end-to-end production logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, talent casting, and location scouting.
- Direct on-set production, ensuring a high-quality visual aesthetic and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage post-production timelines and provide high-level creative feedback to the editing team.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, equipment technology, and post-production software.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end video production, preferably within an agency or studio environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of storytelling, lighting, and composition.
- Proven ability to manage production budgets ranging from $10k to $250k+.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of digital platform best practices (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Degree in Film, Television Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
