Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production editing.
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Design and implement motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, clients, and the sound team to refine the final product.
- Conduct color grading and sound mixing to ensure a professional audio-visual experience.
- Stay updated on the latest video production trends and software advancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in video production and post-production editing.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, including commercials, social media content, and long-form storytelling.
- Deep understanding of color grading (DaVinci Resolve preferred) and sound design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
