Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production lifecycle, from pre-production planning and scriptwriting to filming and post-production editing.
- Direct and manage on-set crews, including camera operators, lighting technicians, and audio engineers.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to align video assets with brand strategy.
- Maintain strict adherence to project budgets and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met without compromising quality.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all final renders and color grades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production and editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced editing and color grading skills.
- Strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio recording techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
