Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production workflows, from pre-production concepting to final color grading.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and cross-functional creative teams.
- Direct on-set talent and crews to ensure brand alignment and narrative clarity.
- Collaborate with Art Directors to develop visual styles and storyboards for high-impact campaigns.
- Oversee post-production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of assets across all platforms.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to elevate team technical standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or studio setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual storytelling and motion graphics expertise.
- Deep understanding of modern digital trends, social video formats, and production technology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
