Responsibilities
- Edit high-impact promotional videos, social media content, and long-form brand stories.
- Collaborate with producers to translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows including color grading, audio mixing, and export optimization.
- Mentor junior editors and maintain high quality-control standards across all projects.
- Stay at the forefront of editing trends, software updates, and emerging storytelling techniques.
- Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Manage media organization, project archiving, and server file structures for efficient team collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design, and pacing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight production deadlines.
- Deep knowledge of social media video specifications and emerging platform trends.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality commercial or narrative work.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, or equivalent professional experience.
