Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production projects from concept development to final delivery.
- Direct high-quality studio and field shoots, managing lighting, sound, and composition.
- Execute advanced post-production workflows, including color grading and audio mixing.
- Collaborate with the creative director to define visual styles and brand aesthetics.
- Manage project timelines, equipment resources, and freelance production crews.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge visual techniques into our content.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end commercial or social video production.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cinematography and sophisticated storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram content performance metrics.
- Proven ability to manage complex post-production pipelines and asset workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor junior editors.
