Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.
- Create intuitive and accessible user interfaces that adhere to modern design systems and accessibility standards.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of growth and creativity.
- Partner with product managers to define product strategy and translate business requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our product offerings competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Atlassian Design System) is highly preferred.
