Lumina Creative Studio is looking for a Senior Video Producer & Editor to lead our visual content department in the heart of Los Angeles. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing cinematic brand stories that resonate with global audiences.
We are a fast-paced agency known for our premium visual aesthetics. You will work alongside art directors, motion graphics designers, and brand strategists to push the boundaries of digital storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from pre-production planning to final color grading.
- Direct on-set production teams, including lighting, sound, and talent management.
- Edit complex projects using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align video content with high-level marketing strategies.
- Manage production timelines and assets to ensure delivery within client deadlines.
- Provide creative direction to junior editors and production assistants.
- Stay current with emerging video trends, camera technology, and post-production workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production and editing experience in a studio or agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and technical excellence.
- Solid understanding of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Experience with color correction and sound mixing for digital media.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, or a related creative field (or equivalent professional experience).
