CineSpark Creative Agency is seeking a visionary Senior Video Producer & Editor to join our elite production team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will lead the creative direction and technical execution of premium video content for global brands. From initial concept and scripting to final color grading and sound design, you will be the driving force behind compelling visual stories that captivate audiences and elevate brand identity.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production lifecycles, from conceptual storyboarding and scriptwriting to post-production editing.
- Direct on-set talent, camera operators, and lighting/sound crew to ensure high-quality visual capture during shoots.
- Edit high-impact promotional videos, social media campaigns, and brand documentaries using the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain, archive, and organize post-production assets, including raw footage, project files, and motion graphic templates.
- Collaborate directly with the marketing and creative teams to align video messaging with overarching brand strategy and performance goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge techniques in cinematography, audio design, and 3D motion graphics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production and editing experience within a creative agency or commercial studio environment.
- Advanced mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve for expert-level editing and color grading.
- Proven portfolio/showreel showcasing diverse storytelling capabilities, from commercial ads to long-form narratives.
- Deep operational knowledge of professional camera systems (RED, ARRI, Sony FX series), lighting setups, and multi-channel audio capture.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage production crews and talent under tight, high-pressure deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related creative field (or equivalent professional experience).
