Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for social media, digital advertising, and long-form brand stories.
- Collaborate closely with directors and producers to refine creative vision during the post-production process.
- Manage complex project timelines, ensuring high-quality delivery under tight production deadlines.
- Perform advanced color correction, color grading, and audio mixing for final delivery.
- Design motion graphics and kinetic typography to elevate visual storytelling.
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to the evolution of our studio's editing workflows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital media and broadcast editing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or production house environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in pacing, narrative structure, and technical execution.
- Solid understanding of social media platform algorithms and content performance metrics.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and feedback-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Deep knowledge of codecs, compression, and final delivery formats for various platforms.
