You will lead projects from concept to final delivery, working with cutting-edge gear in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production for diverse digital and broadcast campaigns.
- Direct on-set production, managing crew, talent, and equipment for high-quality shoots.
- Execute advanced non-linear editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to refine visual narratives.
- Oversee color grading, sound design, and final mastering of all deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new visual techniques into our workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production and post-production.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of camera systems (RED, Sony Cinema Line) and lighting techniques.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent experience.
