In this role, you will lead the post-production process from raw footage to final polish, ensuring our aesthetic standards remain industry-leading. You will collaborate closely with directors and motion designers to push the boundaries of digital media.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-production workflow for high-end commercial and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative leads to develop visual concepts and narrative arcs.
- Perform advanced color grading and audio mixing for final deliverables.
- Optimize video assets for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and OTT).
- Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
- Mentor junior editors and maintain high standards of file organization and archiving.
- Stay current with emerging video editing trends and software updates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a video editor in a professional agency or studio environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and visual rhythm.
- Advanced knowledge of color science and sound design principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept constructive feedback gracefully.
- Experience with 4K workflows and high-bitrate media management.
