Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for social media, digital advertising, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative directors and motion graphics designers to execute the visual vision.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows from initial assembly to final color grade and sound mix.
- Optimize assets for multi-platform delivery (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, OTT).
- Maintain project organization, version control, and asset libraries across multiple campaigns.
- Stay ahead of emerging industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on technical workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or studio setting.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong knowledge of color correction, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing storytelling ability and stylistic versatility.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight production deadlines.
- Deep understanding of current social media video formats and platform-specific performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
