In this role, you will lead the assembly of premium digital ad campaigns, YouTube brand documentaries, and high-conversion social-first assets. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end post-production workflow, including ingestion, rough cuts, fine cuts, sound design, color grading, and final delivery.
- Synthesize complex creative briefs and director's notes to construct compelling, high-retention narrative arcs.
- Collaborate closely with producers, motion designers, and directors to maintain absolute stylistic and narrative continuity across all campaigns.
- Implement advanced pacing, dynamic soundscapes, and cinematic sound effects to maximize audience retention and engagement.
- Perform professional color correction and grading using DaVinci Resolve or Lumetri to match established brand guidelines.
- Organize, archive, and manage raw footage assets on secure local servers and cloud-based platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably within a fast-paced creative agency, commercial studio, or production house.
- An elite, diverse portfolio demonstrating deep proficiency in narrative flow, commercial pacing, sound design, and color grading.
- Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Audition.
- Strong understanding of social-first formatting trends, dynamic typography, and platform-specific exporting standards (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
- Exceptional organizational habits with file structures, version control, and deadline management.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to accept constructive feedback and pivot quickly under tight timelines.
