In this role, you will lead end-to-end production cycles for global brands, transforming complex concepts into cinematic visual experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from pre-production planning and storyboarding to final post-production delivery.
- Collaborate with creative directors to define project aesthetics, mood boards, and narrative arcs.
- Direct on-set shoots, managing lighting, sound, and talent to ensure optimal quality.
- Edit complex long-form and short-form content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Color grade and perform audio mixing to meet broadcast-quality standards.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants on workflow efficiency and technical best practices.
- Manage production schedules and budgets to ensure all milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in commercial or agency video production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and visual design skills.
- Deep understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio production.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative visions to clients and stakeholders.
- Degree in Film, Media Production, or a related creative field.
