Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production for high-profile client commercial campaigns.
- Lead pre-production planning, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and budget management.
- Direct on-set production teams, ensuring brand consistency and high production value.
- Manage post-production workflows, including editorial oversight and final delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing goals into compelling video assets.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to foster a high-performance culture.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging production technologies and cinematic trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or studio.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Proven portfolio demonstrating storytelling prowess across various formats (short-form, long-form, social).
- Strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio engineering.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related creative field.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
